Hi! We are the Zerna Family. My name is Jo and I have been married to my husband Joel for six years. We live in Australia with our two cats Lucy and Jiji. I currently work as a teacher and Joel is an engineer. Over the last few years God has taken our love for Japanese language and culture and cultivated it into a strong desire to see Japan transformed for Christ. In August 2021 we began the application process to join OMF (Overseas Missionary Fellowship) because we felt the Lord calling us back to Japan and be a part of what He is doing there. The plan is to head to Japan early 2022 and initially minister for one year. This blog is a taste of our faith journey. We hope that it blesses, encourages and excites you as you join us on The Journey.
